I asked people what they love about Pilates and here are some answers.
I love pilates because it has given me muscle definition where I never thought it was possible after having 3 kids!
It has made me a stronger runner… I no longer roll my ankles, or get peroneal tendonitis. Runners are notoriously tight all over and pilates has given me a flexibilty I couldn’t attain on my own. I love pilates! And you my friend 🙂
Because after two babies I feel like it pulls my core back together, and makes me whole again!
Pilates becomes a way of life as I walk, sit in a chair or drive. The muscle memory informs my body throughout the day and ultimately reforms my shape, my posture and my health!!
